Confidence and Co is led by Madelyn, the owner and founder of Confidence Lashes and Beauty & Confidence Academy. Madelyn is the woman behind the success. The owner of 3 businesses with all of them earning award recognition. Her determination to help others extends to her ongoing dedication to her clients and students.
Partnered with one of the largest eyelash extension companies Envolash, Madelyn ensures that only the very best products are used throughout her lash salon and in the training academy. Madelyn is a NALA (National Association of Lash Artists) educator, one of only a handful in Australia, and the second in Victoria, Australia.
Lauren Elyse is one of Sydney’s top certified trainers who owns a successful, award winning salon for the last 10 years (Lashes By Lauren Elyse & Co) & her Beauty Academy Lashworx Academy. Lashworx Academy is one of the most prestigious Beauty Academies in Sydney, as it is one of the only academies that is built inside a working salon as a training facility for students. This allows students to get certified in Eyelash Extensions and Brows but also allows them to learn first hand on how to run a successful salon.
