Halo adhesive is a lash artist’s best friend. It’s been tested in multiple humidities and worked great for all of us! one word: Halo is one of our favourite adhesives, it works well for either classic or volume.

Halo is a quick-curing adhesive, curing at 0.5-1 second. It’s one of our best adhesives for low humidity. This adhesive work best in humidity between 20-45% and temperature 20-24 C. it’s a good choice for lash artist who want a fast-drying adhesive.

Halo is a clear adhesive that is suitable for clients that are sensitive to Carbon Black.

 Recommended environment:

Ideal Temperature: 20-24 C

Under 50% humidity: 1 second cure time

50% to 75% humidity: 0.5 second cure time

Over 75% humidity: please use a dehumidifier

 Storage recommendations:

• Store in cool, dark container with a silica packet to reduce humidity
• Unopened adhesive is good for 6 months.
• Opened adhesive is last up to 4-6 weeks. under proper storage conditions
• Shake for two minutes before using

Section 3 – Hazards Identification

Potential Health Effect	Eye: Irritating to eyes. Causes excessive tearing. Eyelids may bond.   Skin: Bonds skin in seconds. May cause skin irritation. Cyanoacrylate has been reported to cause allergic reactions but due to rapid polymerization at the skin surface, an allergic response is rare. Cyanoacrylates generate heat on solidification. In rare circumstances a large drop will burn the skin. Cured adhesive does not present a health hazard even if bonded to the skin. Inhalation: Exposure to vapors above the established exposure limit result in respiratory irritation which may lead to difficulty in breathing and tightness in the chest

Section 4 – First Aid Measures

 

Inhalation	Remove to open space with fresh air. Seek medical attention to treat symptomatically if discomfort persist
Eye Contact	Flush with water for at least 15 minutes. Get medical attention. If eyelids are bonded closed, release eyelashes with warm water by covering with a wet pad. Do not force your eyes open. Cyanoacrylate will bond to eye p\rotein and will cause a lachrymatory effect which will help to debone.
Skin Contact	Soak in warm soapy water. Gently peel apart using a dull instrument. If skin is burned due to the rapid generation of heat by a large drop, seek medical attention. If lips are bonded, apply warm water to the lips and encourage wetting and pressure from saliva in the mouth. Peel or roll lips apart. Do not pull lips apart with direct opposing force.
