How to use Promade 2.0
· Pick up the fan from the base
· Lay the fan back down on the tile or strip
· Reposition your tweezers to securely pick up the entire fan just above the bonding point
· Dip the base of the fan into the adhesive
· Place on the bottom or to the side of the natural lash, slightly pushing the base of the ProMade into the natural lash until you see the base wrap around the natural lash
SHIPPING AND RETURNS
DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRALIA
We endeavour to pack and ship your order the next working day, most orders being shipped within 24 business hours from the time of ordering (will be slightly delayed when there is a sale on and public holiday). All orders are shipped from our Melbourne warehouse. Please refer to Australia Post delivery time frame on their website for an estimated delivery time, typically Standard shipping delivery time is 1-7 business days and 3 days for express). Our Shipping rates are as below:
- Standard shipping rate of $10 applies to all orders within Australia.
- Free Standard Shipping for all orders over $150.
- Express shipping rate of $15 applies to all orders within Australia
- Free Express Shipping for all orders over $200.
Once items are dispatched, you will receive a tracker number to track your order.
Incorrect Address / Non-collection
If you have put in an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible to correct this. We will try our best to amend where possible to help. However, if it has left our warehouse and the order is lost due to an incorrect address, we are unable to issue a refund or credits. If the parcel returns to us due to an incorrect address, you will be charged shipping rates for redelivery, you will not be eligible for the subsidized $10 flat rate. Please make sure you check your address carefully.
For any reason, if you need to redirect your order, additional shipping fees would incur.
If your order is returned to the sender due to failure of collection from the post office, we will charge you shipping fees for redelivery. You will not be eligible for the subsidized $10 flat rate.
DELIVERY OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA
We do not deliver outside of Australia.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer 14 days return for a full refund (excl. postage fees) no question asked, or exchange for other products if you are not satisfied with the products or change of mind within 14 days. With exception
- Liquid products, inclusive adhesive cannot be returned. If you are not happy with your adhesive, please contact our customer service.
- Tweezers can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase. We understand tweezers are very personal and we want to make sure you find the pair that’s right for you. Postage to return tweezers would be at the customer’s cost.
Please send an email to admin@envolash.com.au with your order number and reasons for returns/exchanges.
- All products must be unused and in their original condition (including all original product packaging).
- Proof of purchase is required.
- For damaged/ faulty products, please send a photo of the item within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
- A refund will be made to the original method of payment.
- Refund will be at the cost you paid for the products excluding shipping costs.
- Store credit for exchange will be completed once items are received at the Envolash warehouse. Shipping costs are not refundable
Envolash has the right to reject returns outside of the 14 days period, or items being returned have been used and not in their original condition.
We will not be responsible for the postage cost of returning the products unless it is faulty or incorrect product.
Incorrect Product / Damaged Product
We're sorry that you have received an incorrect product or a damaged product in transit. Please contact Admin@envolash.com.au within 7 days of receipt of goods. We will organize a replacement as soon as we receive the original product from you. All shipping costs for replacement will be on us.
