We do not deliver outside of Australia.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer 14 days return for a full refund (excl. postage fees) no question asked, or exchange for other products if you are not satisfied with the products or change of mind within 14 days. With exception

• Liquid products, inclusive adhesive cannot be returned. If you are not happy with your adhesive, please contact our customer service.
• Tweezers can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase. We understand tweezers are very personal and we want to make sure you find the pair that’s right for you. Postage to return tweezers would be at the customer’s cost.

Please send an email to admin@envolash.com.au with your order number and reasons for returns/exchanges.

• All products must be unused and in their original condition (including all original product packaging).
• Proof of purchase is required.
• For damaged/ faulty products, please send a photo of the item within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
• A refund will be made to the original method of payment.
• Refund will be at the cost you paid for the products excluding shipping costs.
• Store credit for exchange will be completed once items are received at the Envolash warehouse. Shipping costs are not refundable

Envolash has the right to reject returns outside of the 14 days period, or items being returned have been used and not in their original condition.

We will not be responsible for the postage cost of returning the products unless it is faulty or incorrect product.

Incorrect Product / Damaged Product

We're sorry that you have received an incorrect product or a damaged product in transit. Please contact Admin@envolash.com.au within 7 days of receipt of goods. We will organize a replacement as soon as we receive the original product from you. All shipping costs for replacement will be on us.
